Regional Leadership Learning Institute.
As a Past President of Berkeley Annapurna and Second Vice District Governor Candidate of District 4-C3 for the year 2023-2024, I had an amazing opportunity to participate Lions Clubs International Regional Leadership institute. Here I would like to share my experience of the the Institution.
It was a 3 day training course from January 28th to January 30th. It was great training and very important to learn about how to develop our personal leadership skills as well as to know about responsibilities and duties for what we are going to hold. If we want to step up for higher posts for Club level and District and want to go into Leadership. I recommend taking this course because We have to be perfect and confident for the position that we are going to hold .
How I am impressed by this training?
3 Instructors: PDG Norm, PDG Chuck and PDG Manny were very inspiring and motivating . Their enthusiasm and humour were very motivational and they gave me a lot to think about.
We met many lion friends from MD4 and shared ideas , experience ,knowledge, views and visions regarding lionism and how we can develop leadership by being connected .
