2nd VDG candidate Laxmi Chaudhary like to say thank you for your participation in the second meeting . The meeting was held on 02/11 @ Ajanta Restaurant in Berkeley CA. 9 people including Lion Laxmi Chaudhary were present. The meeting started with a brief introduction of 2nd VDG Candidate Lion Laxmi followed by PDG Don Kiang followed by introduction of committee members. 2nd VDG candidate Lion Laxmi did her small speech and is very excited to have a good start for her campaign. She is very thankful to everyone for their contribution and full support
.
The Club Visitation Schedule for her campaign was briefly discussed. 13 Lions Club were scheduled for club visitations ( as of today, we have 19). In the meeting, lots of committee members supported her by agreeing to give her company during her club visits. Also, Lots of suggestions were made on how to move forward with this campaign. Suggestion was also made to organize a fundraiser event as part of the campaign. More discussion will be made in the next meeting regarding this fundraiser event. It was discussed that we will have our next committee meeting on the 2nd sat of March @ Ajanta Restaurant.
